- Why does the app ask for the microphone? Only when you record a dream by voice.
- Why notifications? For reality-check reminders and WBTB alarm sessions you schedule.
- Is LucidGuide a medical app? No. It does not diagnose sleep conditions or identify sleep stages clinically.
